I've been filling some balloon orders so it got me in a cutting mode to get some fresh ones done (I need more star sets, too, but that's another matter). But it's always fun to see what mixing and matching will create for fun balloon designs. I have been putting them on the wall but a few I have added a cotton string to hang from the ceiling or take a bamboo skewer and wrap your balloon around it to insert them into an arrangement. Smaller balloons would be cute in a card as a pop-up design or on the front! You might find other uses as well.
In the photo above I cut a page of smaller balloons in a variety of sizes just to be flat silhouettes on a wall or table.
Thank you so much for this post. I want to let you know that I posted a link to your blog in Creative Busy Hands Cricut Freebies Search List, under the Elements post on May. 31, 2011. Thanks again.
ReplyDeleteThe balloons look great. I always love how you present your designs as well. Do we have to join the forum to access the files as the link only takes me to the sign in page? I have nephews who would enjoy these on their bedroom walls.
ReplyDeleteNo, you don't have to register...if you scroll down the designs should be right there! Thanks for stopping in Carolyn!
ReplyDeleteSilly me, I didn't think of scrolling down the page, lol. I got the file, thank you for sharing. I look forward to cutting as it will be fun to play with different paper combinations.
