Baby Themes

It's always fun to see what others do with a this case, I adored the beautiful work by JulieH with the baby bootie file with a vintage flair...inspired me to do some more work with them myself. First though here's a preview of Julie's work and the link to her blog to see more pics!

I wanted to do a larger bootie to use for a table display setting it on a complementary pillar design and using the bootie to hold a onsies card or perhaps a baby announcement...on this one I cut out a monkey from the paper I used and I used a corresponding paper for the pillar tower. I also recycled a wooden bead necklace for the edging on the shoe and the base of the pillar. Pillar design here.

I fashion a simple wire holder and clipped it on with a mini clothes pin...I picked up a small bag of them from a party supply store.
